We focused on promoting the brand by creating a welcoming and quality space. In addition to the sales area, the pavilion must host two workshop and masterclass spaces where they can talk about products and partners. In the background, the chocolate laboratory houses the beantobars machines to show off how chocolates are produced directly from cocoa beans. At the center is the Gelato Libre counter, the group's new project, a plant-based ice cream made at the moment through an innovative showcooking machine
