Renovation of a old “patio house” in San Luis Potosi Mexico.

The existing building is a "casona" with a nice patio in the very center of San Luis Potosi.

The project include the renovation of the existing ground floor, to create some medical offices and the creation of a new first floor to host some small housing spaces. We are focusing on to maintain the materials and the keep the existing as asset to guide the project.
